Where we ship from

Every order leaves our Norfolk, UK workshop. Nothing is drop-shipped.

Dispatch time

As a new brand, we're focused on getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll process and dispatch all orders at the earliest opportunity and keep you informed throughout the journey.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is 1-3 working days, shipped with a tracked service. You will receive tracking by email when we dispatch.

Tracking and issues

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If a parcel has not moved in 5 working days (UK), reply to that email or contact support@pillsandpowders.com and we will chase the carrier. Lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If we dispatch to a wrong address you supplied, return shipping is at your cost.
