What this covers
This privacy notice explains how Rawcreation Ltd ("we", "us", "PillsandPowders") collects and uses information when you visit pillsandpowders.com or place an order with us. We write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, email support@pillsandpowders.com.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, items purchased, and the last four digits of your card (the full card is held by our payment processor, never by us).
- Account details: if you create an account, the email and password you chose, plus the history of your orders.
- Website usage: pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location from IP. Shopify and our analytics providers collect this on our behalf.
- Communication: anything you send us by email or through forms on the site.
Why we use it
To fulfil your order, to respond to you, to run and improve the site, and to meet our legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting).
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes your payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver what you bought.
- Email and analytics providers, to send order confirmations and understand traffic.
- Authorities, when we are legally required to.
We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax and consumer law requires (typically six years). You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data. Email support@pillsandpowders.com. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
