The formula
- Made by us, in a fully BRC-certified facility. Our factory, our process.
- Science-backed only. If an ingredient doesn't have at least six randomised controlled trials behind it, it doesn't go in.
- The dose that's in the study. The effective dose, not the underdosed version. We'd only ever lower a dose if the law required it, never to widen our margin.
- The highest-bioavailable form, every time. Most ingredients come in several forms. We pick the one your body actually absorbs, never the cheap variant.
- Organic where we can. Organic-certified facility, organic-certified ingredients wherever they're available.
- Third-party lab tested. We test, and we act on the test.

For every product, we take the average UK retail price for a similar-quality product (often one with fewer studies, lower doses, or a cheaper ingredient form), then strip out what you don't pay for with us: the influencer fees, the shiny-label premium, the brand markup. What's left is our price, usually up to 20% below the UK average.
