Why we're dropping the curtain

For 14 years we made the supplements. Other brands put their name on the tub, hired the influencers, built the lifestyle marketing, and charged the premium. We were the factory behind the curtain.

And over those years we got fed up. Fed up with brands asking us to ship not-quite-to-formula when an ingredient was short, rather than go out of stock. "Everyone does it, why can't you?" You're getting up to £100 store credit for free as a Gold Founder (£60 as a Silver Founder, £25 as a Founder). You're backing a Norfolk factory going direct. You're getting a Founder number (for life), a vote on new Product Development, and a virtual seat on the Factory Floor.

How we price our products

Your free store credit comes on top of below-average retail prices on similar-quality products. Here's how we work out the price.

For every product, we start with the average UK market price for a similar-quality product: the same standard of ingredients, at the same dosages. That's a high bar, and most products on the shelf don't fully clear it. Usually they're backed by fewer studies, dosed lower, or built with the odd cheaper ingredient. So we take the ones that come closest.

We work out the average UK retail price from what those products actually sell for, per single unit. Then we strip out what you're not paying for with us: the influencer fees, the shiny-label premium, the marketing you don't need. What's left is our price.

Every Founder gets a number, in order, from #0001. It's yours for life. What is the Founders Club?

It's how we're launching Pills & Powders direct to customers. You back the factory once, get more store credit than you paid, and become a Founder for life with a real say in what we make next.

What do I pay, and what do I get?

You purchase store credit and we add a free bonus on top. Founder: pay £100, get £125 (£25 free). Silver: pay £200, get £260 (£60 free). Gold: pay £300, get £400 (£100 free).

Is the store credit real money I can spend?

Yes. It lands in your account straight away and works on any product in the store. It applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in.

Does my store credit expire?

No. It's yours to keep, with no expiry date.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Ask for a refund on any unused store credit within 30 days. Credit you've already spent on products follows our normal returns policy.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes. Stack as many offers as you like, in any mix of tiers, to build up more free store credit. Each offer gets its own Founder number.

What's the difference between Founder, Silver and Gold?
