Refund policy

30-day returns on unopened products

If you are not happy with an unopened product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping is non-refundable unless the fault was ours.

How to return

  1. Email support@pillsandpowders.com with your order number and which item you want to return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and a reference.
  3. Post the item back to us at your own cost, with tracking we can recommend.

Opened supplements

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email support@pillsandpowders.com with a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.

Refund Timing

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow up to five working days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they leave our Norfolk workshop. After dispatch, treat it as a return.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
